   Especially, when it comes to the rules and regulations.  The above document is a simplified version of Swimming South Africa’s 2020 Competition rules.
   
   Please view this summary as supplementary to the SSA rules and familiarize yourself with the details of these events.

SA National qualifying times

• 2019-2020 SSA level 2,3 and SA National Junior qualifying times (50 m LCM = long course pool)
